Friendly staff, nice hotel and lovely pool area. They had a staff in the lobby to help out with booking trips to the waterfalls and shuttle service.

very polite staff very clean and big room perfect breakfast [buffet] you may have dinner [buffet] with 35 br but not very good food ...with 30 br u may have dinner buffet in the city [tropicana restaurant] there is travel agency in the hotel for day trips to the falls [a visit to the falls in argentinian side is a must ..150 br] use ur credit card everywhere in brazil but always choose br ... NOT euro use UBER to go everywhere [very cheap and safe]

There was nothing not to like about this property. As soon as we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and allowed us to check into our room a couple of hours early. The rooms were spacious, clean well equipped and everything that we could have hoped for. There was a lovely pool and games/relaxation area which we didn’t use but looked really nice. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay as it is great value for money, provided a really extensive breakfast and was well situated.

Location. It was close to the Friendship Bridge so we could go to Paraguay. It was quite a distance from Iguazu but we managed to get a bus which took us directly there and back. The hairdryer was powerful enough to dry our clothes. The reception staff were helpful.

Was only in town one night and wanted a central location. Very nice and helpful staff when we arrived. You can book tours right inside the hotel. They were also helpful to give us recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately, because it was winter, we didn't get to make use of the exceptional looking outdoor area. Shower was hot and tons of pressure. Hotel is only only a block from main shopping street

What I liked most about the property is its location—it's very central and close to everything. The buffet breakfast is very complete, and the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with one of my rooms on the first night, but as soon as I called the lobby, the hotel staff promptly fixed the situation and moved me to a new room without any problems.

I had no problems during my stay. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful to answer question or call a taxi if I needed one. Wi-Fi worked throughout the hotel; shower water pressure and hot water were good, room was clean, air conditioning worked well, daily housekeeping, and the breakfast had a good selection (I loved the soluble coffee). I really enjoyed my stay in Foz do Iguaçu, it felt very safe, I had no problem getting around by myself. Definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here, we loved the access to the pool and activities room. The breakfast is very complete, great selection of juices, fruit and all types of bread. The staff really made this location a hit for us. Everyone in the breakfast room was so kind and helpful.

Convenient location. Very clean room. The cleaner was very professional. The gentleman, who was on evening shift while we were staying in this hotel, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spoke good English and gave us lots of helpful advice for our stay in Iguaçu and travel to Paraguayan.
